Donations on Fund a Learner are voluntary gifts to individual students. Because of this, donations are generally non-refundable. We make exceptions in the following cases:
When refunds are issued
If a campaign is found to have materially misrepresented the student's situation, if funds were used in a way that violates our terms, or if a donation was made in error within 24 hours and the funds have not yet been paid out, you may request a refund by emailing hello@fundalearner.com.
How to request a refund
Email hello@fundalearner.com from the address associated with your donation, including the campaign name and approximate donation date. We respond within 2 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback. Most issues can be resolved directly and quickly.
